Paes-Damm enter second round
India’s Leander Paes and partner Martin Damm of the Czech Republic stormed into the second round of the doubles event at Wimbledon, scoring a straight-set victory over South Africa’s Chris Haggard and Marcin Matkowski of Poland on Thursday.
The fifth seeds won the first round match on Court 16, 7-6 (7-4), 6-3, 7-5.
