INDIAN TEAM faces charges of insulting Tricolour

The INDIAN  team after the euphoria of being first T2o world cup champion , now gets ready to face hard time versus Lucknow court .They have been sued for insulting the glory of Indian flag while celebrating their victory over Pakistan in South Africa. The petition was filed by Rahul Pandey before chief Meteropolitan Magistrate of Kanpur.The court has fixed hearing on 25th October.

                Indian skipper M.S. Dhoni,Yuvraj Singh and  all other members have been accused of desecrating the Indian tricolour. According to Pandey ,”Dhoni and several other players not only wrapped themselves in the tricolour, but also rolled on the ground.This was followed by spraying of champagne that fell on the flag.”

                   Among the witnesses ,Ravi Shastri, film star Shah Rukh Khan and BCCI seretary Niranjan Shah have been named, as the incidence took place in front of them ,including various video clippings and photographs proving the fact.
