The Delhi DareDevils will look to get their IPL challenge back on track after three successive losses, which have lost them important momentum going into the final phase of the league.
With five matches to go, the DareDevils will need to go on a roll and win atleast 3-4 matches to make it to the top four, as competition heats up for the final four slots. The Delhi team has lost the last four matches and will be looking to reverse the trend, otherwise it is going to be very difficult for them, as the other teams especially Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians are stepping up their challenge.
For the Deccan Chargers, this match and for that matter even the rest of the matches will be a matter of pride for them, as they have lost seven out of nine games and thus are already out of the reckoning for a place in the knock out stage. However, according to skipper Adam Gilchrist they will be giving a hard fight to the Delhi team and pushing them all the way. This, however, will be easier said than done as Delhi has the pace battery to trouble the opposition batsmen and their own batsmen have been in stupendous form.
delhi has lost 4 in a row and not 3.
