Deccan Chargers vs Mumbai Indians

The Mumbai Indians will visit Hyderabad today in what is a very important match for them in their bid for a semi-final berth.

They are on a roll having won their last 5 matches and have been bolstered by the return of the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar as their captain. Sanath Jayasuriya has been in murderous mood ever since opening with Tendulkar and their bolwing led by the mercurial Shaun Pollock has been great all through the tournament. They need to win this match in order to get equal on points with other IPL semi-finals contenders.

Deccan Chargers on the other hand have lost eight out of their ten games and are out of the race for the knock out phase. This has come as a shocker to many as they boast of players like Gilchrist, Vaas, Afridi and Gibbs. But many also believe that luck has not been with them as they have run teams pretty close in their last few games. Thus, it would not be surprising if they do win a couple of their remaining matches and teams playing them need to be wary.
