Mumbai Indians vs Bangalore Royal Challengers

The two teams will face off today in Bangalore today in their last league match of the first edition of IPL. Both teams have been knocked out of the race for the semi-finals, however, Mumbai Indians were involved in a thrilling fight for the same.

Mumbai lost out as Chennai Super Kings beat Deccan Chargers to make today’s match inconsequential. However, the Mumbai team are themselves to blame for this predicament as they lost three matched on the trot and all of them on the last ball of the games. This goes to show that they have lacked the mental strength to win in this format of the game and their batting & bowling prowess has counted for nothing.

They will still be looking to end on a winning note and they come across a more determined Royal Challengers team. Rahul Dravid’s men have won their last two matches and by doing so, have shown the heart to put up a fight. All said and done, neither of the teams will look to give the other any sort of leeway.
