Beijing Olympics 2008 – Opening Ceremony
The Beijing Olympics 2008 began with full excitement and emotions as China hosted the opening ceremony at the National Stadium in Beijing ,of one of the most expensive tournaments to be ever held.
The Indian team stood proud with Rajvardhan Singh Rathore being being the flag bearer dressed in a white sherwani. The other male team members were also dressed in white sherwanis while the women wore both Indian sarees and western outfits.
