India U16 draw Man Utd U16 3-3
The India under-16 side bounced back from their 1-2 defeat to Everton to hold Manchester United 3-3 on Tuesday night.
The Indian juniors were not overawed by the situation despite facing one of the best youth sides in the world. The India under-16 team, which has qualified for the AFC under-16 Championship in Uzbekistan, was on a nine-day trip to England for a preparatory camp.
Coach Menon expressed satisfaction with his boys’ performance and felt playing in European conditions against tough opponents has helped the team gain a lot of experience ahead of the AFC Championship.
