India and England go head to head in the second ODI of the seven match series at Indore. India won the first match comfortably by 158 runs and took a 1-0 lead thanks to Yuvraj Singh’s swashbuckling effort.
India will look to maintain their momentum in the second match as well. Almost all their batsmen are in god form after the first match and it will take some stopping to really halt their scoring. The main problem is with the injuries though. Yuvi was injured in the first match and will undergo a fitness test to see if he can play tomorrow’s game while Ishant Sharma is already on the sidelines still nursing his ankle injury. Virat Kohli is expected to come in for Yuvraj while the rest of the team picks itself.
England will also miss Ryan Sidebottom for a second consecutive match and will still look to halt India from taking a 2-0 lead. There will certainly be changes made to the side after the thrashing in the first match with Ravi Bopara expected to come up the order as will Andrew Flintoff and captain Pieterson. England will hope that India become complacent so that they can gain level pegging back in the series.
