Mohali and Bangalore will host the two Test matches in the high-profile series between India and Australia in October, the Cricket Board said on Thursday.
The opening Test of the short rubber would be played from October 2-6 at Mohali while the second Test at Bangalore would be conducted between October 10-14, as per the decision taken by the BCCI’s Tour, Programmes and Fixtures Committee here.
The three one-day internationals during the series would be played at Kochi, Goa and Vishakapatnam, BCCI secretary N Srinivasan said in a media release.
The visitors would open the tour with a three-day match before the first Test at Mohali from September 27-29.
