Akhil Kumar has been knocket out of the Beijing Olympics 54kg bantamweight boxing competition. He lost the match 10-3 to Gijan Veaceslav of Rep. of Moldova. The Indian, who had upset Russian world champion Sergey Vodopyanov in the earlier round, was at the receiving end for most of the contest.
